Frequently Asked Questions

Getting started is easy. Simply contact us by phone or complete our enquiry form and we’ll arrange a free initial consultation.

We’ll discuss your situation, assess what needs to be done, and prepare a tailored plan to suit your timeline, budget and goals. Whether you need help with one service or complete project management, we’ll guide you every step of the way.

We offer a complete property preparation and transition service, including:

  • Decluttering and organising
  • Packing and unpacking
  • Rubbish removal and donations
  • Furniture relocation and storage
  • Painting, repairs and handyman services
  • Flooring, landscaping and property maintenance
  • Professional cleaning
  • Property styling and staging
  • Seller’s advocacy and project management

Whether you’re downsizing, preparing a property for sale, managing a deceased estate or helping ageing parents move, we coordinate everything from start to finish.

Our Seller’s Advocacy service is led by licensed real estate agent Daniel Shanahan.

We work exclusively for you, not the selling agent, to help you make informed decisions throughout the selling process. We can assist with selecting the right real estate agent, negotiating commissions, coordinating property preparation and ensuring your property is presented to achieve the best possible result.

Our goal is to take the stress out of selling while helping you maximise your outcome.

Every home is different, so we provide tailored quotations based on your individual requirements.

Our decluttering services are charged hourly, with a minimum booking applying. During your consultation we’ll explain the recommended team size, estimated timeframe and any additional services that may be required so you know exactly what to expect.

Yes. We offer appointments on weekends and public holidays where availability permits. A weekend or public holiday surcharge applies.

We primarily service Sydney’s Northern Beaches, North Shore, Eastern Suburbs and Inner West.

If you’re located outside these areas, please get in touch, we’re happy to discuss your project and may be able to assist.

Every project is different.

The timeframe depends on factors such as the size of the property, the amount of work required, how much needs to be sorted or removed, and whether additional trades are involved.

Some projects can be completed in a single day, while others are managed over several weeks. During your consultation we’ll provide an estimated timeline based on your specific circumstances.

Absolutely.

Contact us to arrange a free consultation and we’ll provide a detailed, no-obligation quote tailored to your needs. We take the time to understand your goals before recommending the most suitable services.

Yes. If you have quality furniture or household items you no longer need, we can help identify the best option. Depending on the items, we may recommend selling them, donating them to charity or arranging responsible disposal.

Simply send us a few photos and we’ll discuss the most suitable solution.

We always aim to minimise waste wherever possible.

Items in good condition can often be donated to reputable charities or passed on to organisations that can reuse them. Where disposal is necessary, we arrange responsible rubbish removal and recycling wherever practical.

Some projects may involve additional costs depending on the services required.

These may include waste disposal fees, storage, specialist trades, skip bins or materials. We’ll discuss any potential costs with you upfront so there are no surprises.

Not necessarily. Many of our clients are unable to be onsite, particularly if they’re interstate or managing a family member’s move. Once we’ve agreed on the scope of works, we can coordinate the project on your behalf and keep you updated throughout.

Yes. That’s what makes us different.

Rather than engaging multiple trades and service providers yourself, we coordinate everything through one dedicated point of contact, from decluttering and repairs through to styling and preparing your property for sale.

No. While downsizing is one of our specialties, we also help clients preparing their homes for sale, managing deceased estates, assisting ageing parents, clearing investment properties and coordinating pre-sale renovations.
