Daniel’s knowledge of the real estate market and processes is excellent, particularly important given the nature of the industry. Best of all we interviewed multiple estate agents and even after selecting an agent, Daniel found he wasn’t up to the task! The agent just wasn’t motivated enough. Daniel interviewed a further group of agents and assisted with negotiating terms and sales marketing options. We are very happy with the agent selected and are hoping for the best outcome possible.
