We can accommodate all scopes of work and work closely with you every step of the way to ensure your downsizing journey is smooth and stress-free.

We had a really good experience with the Team. We had accumulated so much in our house and needed to downsize radically. They were prompt and very professional. Also showed sensitivity to what needed to be disposed of and what didn't. We certainly couldn’t have managed without their excellent help.

Selling and donation of unwanted items

Selling, rehoming and recycling a house’s contents can be overwhelming. 
We work closely with a network of charities that can accept donated items and we have a network of local facilities that can sell your valuable goods on your behalf. We rehome and recycle as many items as possible to keep items out of landfill.

Rubbish removal services

For those items unable to be sold or donated, we are able to provide disposal of rubbish. 
Our range of vehicles include utes, trucks, vans, and a tipper trailer that can hold upwards of 10 cubic metres. Vehicles can be emptied multiple times in a day if required to keep your project moving forward.

House washing

Our house washing and pressure washing teams vary from a one-man band to a full-scale washing crew that have the capacity to make properties sparkle from small residential to large commercial scale.
We are able to access any level of difficulty with our experience and range of washing equipment.

Landscaping & gardening

From yard clean-ups to creating beautifully manicured gardens, we handle it all!
Our skilled gardeners offer everything you need, from plants and mulch to gravel, pebbles, expert advice, and more. Let us bring your outdoor space to life!

Interior cleaning

Our interior cleaning services range from a single specialist to a full-scale team equipped with Hazmat protection for more demanding tasks. 
After assessing the job, we’ll recommend the ideal team for your needs to provide the finishing touches.

Flooring

Our flooring teams can complete small vinyl or carpet repairs to supply and installation of new carpets or floating timber floors. 
We only recommend works that will make you a profitable return on investment.

Painting

Whether it’s a quick one-coat refresh, minor touch-ups, or a full house repaint, you can count on our skilled painters to deliver exceptional results every time!

Storage

Our storage providers vary from off-site traditional storage, storage cubes or shipping containers.
When we see the job, we will determine the best storage solution for the job and provide quotes for the best options.

Our property styling services cater to all needs, from a single expert offering partial styling packages to full property styling with hired furniture, including beds, lounges, lamps, artwork, and interior pot plants.
After assessing your property, we’ll match you with the perfect team and provide a tailored quote to suit your requirements.

Packing, removal and unpacking

Our team of packers and removalists can have you packed in a professional, timely manner while our removalists seamlessly relocate your belongings to your new home.
We offer help unpacking into your new home if you need extra help. You don’t need to commit to this, we are only a phone call away.

Project management

We offer you a single point of contact – we project manage all our trusted trades on your behalf.
This saves a lot of time and stress to our clients, with only a nominal project management fee charged.

Our sellers advocacy service, led by licensed real estate agent Daniel Shanahan, ensures you get expert advice throughout the selling process. We act as your third-party coach, helping you choose the best real estate agent, negotiate commissions, and make informed decisions – all at no cost to you.

We tailor our services to fit your specific needs. Our minimum rate for decluttering is $88 per hour and there is a 4-hour minimum charge per person.

Yes, we offer weekend and Public Holiday services for your convenience. A small surcharge applies for these times, but we’re happy to accommodate your schedule.

We primarily service Sydney’s Northern Beaches, North Shore, Inner West, and Eastern Suburbs. If you’re outside these areas, feel free to contact us to discuss availability.

The time required depends on several factors, such as:

The size of your home or the specific areas needing attention.
The volume of items to declutter and the client’s willingness to part with them.
Accessibility (e.g. attics, basements, or street access).

Of course! We work with a network of reputable charities and organisations where we can donate your items, ensuring they go to a good home instead of the landfill.

We have reliable contacts who specialise in selling valuable items. We will provide practical, no-nonsense advice to ensure you get the right price for your treasures.

Additional charges apply for household waste removal. We have vehicles including a 10m³ trailer that is more cost-effective than hiring a skip bin and allows us to load and take your items to the tip, multiple times throughout the day – ensuring a seamless and efficient service.
