We started the preparation of our town house for sale on our own and quickly realised it was beyond our capabilities. We required significant decluttering and the engagement of multiple trades in a short period of time as a long planned holiday was fast approaching.

Daniel worked closely with us advising the path to sale and helped us select a real estate agent and solicitor and engage a stylist.

The Utter Declutter team started with our oversized two car garage which only just fit our car. They identified which furniture and other items were suitable for auction, donation or disposal and within two days we had our full garage back.

Daniel then coordinated a sequence of trades for minor repairs, a painter for a repaint of some rooms and touchups of others and a crew to deep clean the house.

Then the guys came back for the final declutter moving to storage furniture and items not required by the stylist along with all our packed boxes.

The stylist then staged and styled our home and created a beautifully presentation ready for photography for the real estate agent and open house inspections.

We are now on our vacation with no stress knowing that the house in the best possible presentation for sale.

We could never have done it on our own.
