What our clients say?

I’m so glad I heard about UTTERDECLUTTER. Their range of services helped me get ready to put my house on the market and the service was exceptional. I will be using them again to help me pack up when it is time to move out. Wonderful, caring and supportive team. It relieved me of the overwhelm and pressure I was feeling. Highly recommend this service.

Karen Blair

Excellent advice and smart solutions for various decluttering and downsizing projects-great communication, planning and flexibility. Highly recommended!

Kristen Renshaw

Excellent service from this professional crew! We were pushed for time in clearing out a deceased-estate Unit in the Northern Beaches, particularly as we live in northern NSW.

DOWNSIZING was great, from the prompt inspection to organising a suitable date, and clearing out the Unit as agreed. Definitely would recommend!

Cathy Williams

Daniel and his team were exceptional from start to finish. Their passion, reliability, and professionalism were evident at every stage of preparing our home for sale.

Daniel went out of his way to ensure we were kept informed through every step of the process. Daniel treated the project like it was his own family’s and he took the time to explain to us what he was doing and why he was doing it. He was at the house many times to get to know it and to follow the progress to the end.

The end result was far better than we could have imagined, and it ultimately delivered an amazing sale price for our home.

We couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend Daniel and his team to anyone looking to sell.

Louisa Davidson

Don’t know what I would have done without them. They covered every aspect of getting my house ready for sale. Saved me a lot of stress. Couldn’t recommend them higher.

Alan LE SURF

Kelly and Billie were a great team, we got the job done! Will have them back to do the big pack soon.

Dan and his team were super helpful in removing furniture for me. Many thanks to them 😊

We started the preparation of our town house for sale on our own and quickly realised it was beyond our capabilities. We required significant decluttering and the engagement of multiple trades in a short period of time as a long planned holiday was fast approaching.

Daniel worked closely with us advising the path to sale and helped us select a real estate agent and solicitor and engage a stylist.

The Utter Declutter team started with our oversized two car garage which only just fit our car. They identified which furniture and other items were suitable for auction, donation or disposal and within two days we had our full garage back.

Daniel then coordinated a sequence of trades for minor repairs, a painter for a repaint of some rooms and touchups of others and a crew to deep clean the house.

Then the guys came back for the final declutter moving to storage furniture and items not required by the stylist along with all our packed boxes.

The stylist then staged and styled our home and created a beautifully presentation ready for photography for the real estate agent and open house inspections.

We are now on our vacation with no stress knowing that the house in the best possible presentation for sale.

We could never have done it on our own.

UtterDeclutter helped me get rid of a lot of unwanted “things”. I worked mostly with Flo and Kylie of utterDeclutter and with their friendly, professional approach I got rid of much more stuff than I had ever managed before and I am so pleased. The move was carried out by the friendly utterDeclutter movers who were hardworking and efficient. Thank you All.

The Team worked tirelessly in helping me declutter my Dad’s house after his passing. They were respectful, knowledgeable and efficient. They had solutions for every possible problem and worked with high energy and positivity. A wonderful company.

Alicia Powell

utterDeclutter were amazing, they tackled a very gnarly job of removing old building rubble and heavy fencing stored under a small crawlspace – filling an entire trailer, and on a very hot day. Well done, and thank you for your help. Highly recommend

Craig Bruce

Daniel came round to our house in Ashfield and the advise he gave was second to none. He helped us through the whole process and made the difficult job of selling a breeze. Strongly recommend this company.

Sean Crosby

Daniel from Utter Declutter was an absolute lifesaver! My 84-year-old dad had to move out of his house, which had 80 stairs and an inclinator, and Daniel helped with absolutely everything. He organised movers, storage, cleaners, builders, and even found a much better real estate agent when the first one wasn’t right.

He went above and beyond – had coffees with my dad, helped fix his phone, and kept me updated constantly (even with the UK-Australia time difference). He gave honest advice that saved us a fortune and made sure the house looked great without wasting money on unnecessary renovations. Thanks to him, the place sold smoothly and for a fantastic price.

Can’t recommend Daniel enough – kind, professional, and genuinely caring from start to finish.

Andreas Heinrich

Great team to work with and very impressed with their connections to charity and auction houses, when clearing out items belonging to a family member when they moved from a retirement unit into aged care. Good communications from Daniel about the process and following up afterwards. Highly recommended.

100% recommend. Downsizing for Dad was such a daunting task for us. 40 years of clutter jammed into a three bedroom home; sentimentally precious family items mixed in with unwanted stuff; a property with so much value hidden under decades of wear and tear, clutter, and poor paint choices. I could not see how it would ever get done, let alone done well.

UtterDeclutter’s army of professional trades zipped through the property in a matter of weeks and the transformation is WAY beyond what I could ever have expected. Painting, cleaning, decluttering, gardening, styling, everything! – all done and all done beautifully! Moreover, the team are very kind, professional and helpful. Daniels careful and timely project management and expert advice took all the stress out of it and made those unexpected property problems that always come up a complete breeze. I was sceptical to begin with, but I was proven absolutely and completely wrong. Daniel is a genius, I 100% recommend.

Rachel Sherwood

The team did a wonderful job. Everything was done on time and to a really high standard. It was great knowing that some loved items were being recycled to new homes. Thanks utterDECLUTTER.

Daniel and his team were simply wonderful helping me move to a retirement place. I am an elderly woman and I would never have managed without them. I can’t speak too highly of their work ethics and I highly recommend them in every aspect.

Highly recommend. The team moved my 83 year old aunt into Arcare Warriewood. We used the sellers advocate team and guided us through the selling process. The agent they recommended was fantastic and he went above and beyond. Would definitely use the sellers advocate service again. A new and improved way to sell a house. 🏡

The DOWNSIZING team had amazing tips on how to spend money wisely when preparing my parents’ home for sale. Daniel’s painter was outstanding – while a real estate agent’s painter recommended repainting the entire interior, Daniel’s painter did strategic touch-ups inside and out, and the house looked brand new. My parents were thrilled with the result. On top of that, the agent Daniel recommended was textbook perfect – professional, efficient, and she achieved an outstanding result.

As a real estate agent, I work with a lot of people looking to downsize. Honestly, Daniel and the team are the go-to. They make things super easy and take a lot of the stress off the owners, which is huge when you’re making that kind of move. If you’re thinking about downsizing, it’s a no-brainer – these are the people you want in your corner.

Tommy Lindt

I had a great experience with Utter Declutter. They helped clean out my late mothers property and get it ready for sale, which made a big difference to how it looked. The team was efficient, easy to work with, and took a lot of the stress out of the process during a really tough time. They also connected me with a real estate agent, which was really helpful. Overall, a smooth and professional service – I’d definitely recommend them.

We recently had to move my Mum from independent living to a nursing home and used the team at DOWNSIZING. They were incredibly helpful providing expert advice on how best to deal with various possessions and came up with a great solution for us. The team had great contacts with antique dealers and the man power to do utterlyANYTHING. Also Daniel might have a client that might buy my mums apartment. Truly a reliable full service company. We work with and recommend Dan and his team. Always great communication. Dan has ideas on how to tackle some of the biggest jobs, but also doesn’t mind helping out on the smaller ones. We find their very good extended network of trades very helpful.
